Yep, today marked another check-up with the kids' doctor. All in all, they are healthy, though both are still on the lean side. For the first time, the kids seemed to know what was coming when the nurses cleaned their legs with the alcohol wipes. Wailing and sobbing abounded so we (Mom and I) took the kids to Oberweis to get milkshakes. Once Noah got his mouth around the straw he did not give it up until he was done. Ella happily ate hers from a spoon. Hopefully, they will both take a long nap and I'll finish the remaining bits of the shakes.

Glad to hear they're healthy! They come honestly by their lean-ness, and it suits them well. I always take my kids out for a food treat after shots too -- seems to cheer everyone up. Hope everyone gets a long nap in this afternoon!
