I'm sitting at my desk, checking my email, and noticed that an unleashed dog just pranced down the sidewalk. Looked closer --not a dog. A coyote just pranced down the sidewalk. Hum. I'm glad that Moses was not outside. Back to emails.
PS-we are finally over the stomach bug that plagued our family. I'm now in the process of trying to get weight back on the kiddos, accepting recipe ideas for high fat foods...

Whaaat? That is wild. To his credit he has chosen a very nice neighborhood to take a stroll... good taste. :)
For those of you outside the Chicago area, Coyotes are apparently common around here, seeing as we moved in on their prairie land. There are lots of them living in the area and my hope is that this guy's home is in the forest preserves and not in my backyard. My mom clued me in to the coyote issue when she told me about a woman in a nearby suburb saw a coyote carrying her small dog out of her backyard. I'm fine if they control the rodent population around here, not fine if they want to control the Moses population...
